1. We are independent of GeM and the Government

We hold no special access, influence or standing with GeM, IREPS, the Central Public Procurement Portal, any state procurement portal, any Ministry, Department, Public Sector Undertaking or State Government. Nothing we do can obtain preferential treatment for you, and we will never suggest that it can.

Fees you pay us are for our professional time and work. They are entirely separate from — and never include — any statutory fee, deposit, EMD, performance guarantee or charge payable to GeM or any authority.

“GeM”, “Government e-Marketplace”, “IREPS”, “CPPP” and the names of government departments and portals are used on this site for identification only. They belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply any association with us.

2. We do not guarantee outcomes

No consultant can, and you should be wary of any who says otherwise. Specifically, we cannot promise:

• that you will win any tender or receive any order — awards are decided by buyers under their own evaluation;
• that a registration, brand approval, category approval or vendor assessment will be granted, or granted within any particular time — those decisions rest with GeM, RITES or the relevant authority;
• any level of revenue, enquiries, search ranking or business growth.

Timelines quoted anywhere on this site — “3–7 days”, “2–5 weeks” and similar — are good-faith estimates from experience. They are not commitments, and they assume documents arrive when we ask for them.

3. Statistics and claims on this site

Figures such as years of experience, sellers advised and workshops delivered describe our own practice to the best of our records. They are not audited, and they are not a prediction of what your results will be. Client comments quoted on this site are individual experiences, not typical outcomes.

4. Content is general information, not advice

Articles, guides, checklists and other material on this site are published for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and reading them does not create a consultant–client relationship between us.

Public procurement rules change — thresholds, exemptions, portal processes and the agencies responsible for them all move. Content that was accurate when written may not be current, and rules can differ by category, buyer and state. Do not act on anything here without checking the position that applies to your situation, or asking us.

5. Free templates and downloads

The declarations, certificates and checklists we publish are general formats, not documents drafted for your circumstances, and they have not been prepared as legal advice.

Check every one against the requirements of the specific bid before you submit it. A bid may require particular wording, a particular signatory or a certification we have not included. We accept no liability for a submission made using them.

6. Declarations you make are yours

Where we prepare or assist with a filing, declaration or bid, we do so on the information you give us. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what is submitted in your name — including local content percentages, capacity claims, turnover, experience and eligibility.

We will not knowingly assist with a declaration we believe to be false, and we will say so if we think one is.

7. Links to other websites

Where we link to government portals, third-party services or other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Videos and social channels

Our videos are published on third-party platforms under their terms. They are general explanations of process, recorded at a point in time, and the portal may have changed since. They carry the same status as the written content here: information, not advice.

9. Availability of this site

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Booking and payment functions depend on third-party services we do not control.

10. Limits of liability

Your use of this site and its content is at your own risk. Our liability in connection with an engagement is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
